Loot money
I have transferred 1500/- rs to my frnd phonepe number which was saved in my contact list but he has changed his phonepe number to another number but still this number shows that this is his phonepe number even he changed his number so lack ok confirm I believe phone pe and transfer amount but this number is not linked to my frnd bank account number so it was not transfer to his account he confirmed he not received money and that was his number but not phonepe number becoz he changed phonepe number so I called to customer care and informed about transaction they give a smart answer that this guy is cheating he has a yesbank account money gone to yesbank account and given account number also I check with yesbank people that this account belongs to Delhi but this guy belongs to Hyderabad and i checked in google about if any body lost money like me and i was shocked that all members lost money like this and everyone money gone to this yesbank account number only so its clear that the fraud was Phonepe only but still blaming us so be alert while sending money to others ThankQ
Frauds
I had bought gold of 10,000 rupees from phonepe app. The next day after 24 days I wanted to sell it, but they blocked my account and it’s been 15 days they have blocked it and taken my money. I don’t have a passbook but other evidences have been provided. These ppl are actually frauds stealing our money and they trick us by making us guilty and make us look as frauds. Even the customer care executives are losers with no experience they reply to us rudely and Wat ever the concern is they take bloody 5 days to resolve. After 5 days again they come up with some lame response and ask 5 days more . This has been continuously happening. Those who are seeing this review pls don’t buy anything from phonepe . They are bloody losers. The customer care is too too rude. And while we are talking they interrupt us and start their own story. They are not qualified enough for this job. I guess phonepe has hired some losers with low income and started this stupid service. These ppl should shut their company and better start begging instead of stealing our money. FRAUDS.
Wrost and unsafe use
I need my amount. What will I make of your clarifications? If you don’t have any authority to safe our money then why are you mediating like that? Why are you providing such ambiguous and fake UIs, if you can’t take any responsibility of the transaction made with your user interface Haan ? And why didn’t you write a caution in big letters that “ we (PhonePe)are not responsible for any transactions you(stupid people who use this useless app) make via our gateway. Your amount may be deducted, confiscated and not be refunded, in such a situation you stupid people have to bear all the loss and to take it back, you guys have to put your head on merchant’s feet.” This is your moral duty to let people know beforehand all the impairment you have. Any fraudulent can control app’s notifications to fool us easily. And this app never take any responsibility for our loss occur due to its loose security system.
