Pizza Hut India - Delivery App 4+

Bad Quality

Recently I was in Dehradun and ordered 2 pan pizza. After few minutes of the order one person called to enquire about my exact location and said that your pizza is still getting prepared and hope you don’t mind as it will be few minutes late. After 45 min he got the pizza. Few facts he was not in official dress and he was driving his personal activa. When I opened the pizza they were not properly baked, they were little cold and neither the taste was good. One more interesting fact even after delivery the app was showing that your order is getting prepared. I do have the screenshots. I don’t know if the delivery was actually done by PizzaHut or someone else. Next time should I still choose PizzaHut or prefer someone else

Worst delivery service thru the pizza hut app. Better use other delivery apps

Pizzahut delivery tracking and delivery was horrible. And the people who attempted my call not so friendly. They didnt care for the order was delay. And they marked that the order was reached. And the no sign of the delivery boy. No contact information of the delivery guy. And deliver guys was complaining that he don't know the address. I took his personal number and shared the address and reached after 1hr 20 late. Later customer care confirmed that the delivery address was mismatched. I received the order after 1hr 20 min later. Every thing was very cold not eatable. Whole order wasted. tasted few and couldn't eat. Totally miserable experience this time. And the pizza hut people count care at all.. they end the call. Not even interested to call back to confirm if i received the order or not. They just marked as received in the pizza hut app even thou i shared the location to delivery guy and he is on the way.

Really bad service

Ordered pizza, delivery time showed 0850pm, called customer care that fellow said will get call back from the store, no one called. Again i called customer care the new fellow said u will get call back from store in 15 minutes, after no calls received from store called again customer care after 25 minutes. He kept me on hold for 15mnts. After that i again called to cancel the order, this time I received a call from the store he was confused and was asking me if I ordered online or from the web. Surprised to hear that kind of questions from the supervisors. Not expecting this kind of service from pizza hut. Suggest to update location store local number also when order is confirmed this will help customers to get in direct contact with the store.

Now i have to wait for 3-4 days to get my refund back 🤦🏻‍♂️. Really frustrating.
