Scanned PDFs no longer display stretched sideways.

Includes all of the recent improvements: Overlapping Chaining, colored note marks, a simpler pencil tool bar, and many fixes for marking, timers, and sharing PDFs into the app.

Fixes a crash when stopping a recording with the metronome running. On iPhone, the Save button now stays above the keyboard when adding a practice note, and the Play It Cold timer can be switched on from the timer settings.

You can now send a PDF to Play Fast from other apps. Open a PDF in Google Drive, Dropbox, forScore, or Mail, tap Share, and choose Play Fast. The app opens right on the naming step and the part lands in your library.

A big batch of improvements from three weeks of daily practice testing: NEW: The Prompt timer. Load it with the reminders you always need to hear ("relax your throat", "support!") and one appears at the top of the screen every few minutes, then fades away on its own. Works on any practice screen. NEW: Batch PDF upload. Adding a full part now lets you select several PDFs at once, so you can fill a whole concert folder in one trip. NEW: Step together mode in Interleaved Click-Up 2, so all your passages climb the tempo ladder as a group. Also: a major battery fix for long practice sessions, the metronome now remembers each piece's tempo, the drone remembers your pitch for each passage, the recorder can collapse out of the way of your music, recordings survive until you close the app, and dozens of smaller fixes.
