Nice thought and real saver during crisis. Helps the one in need to the best. 3 adapters helps almost all the mobile users. Upon using this for multiple days, I learnt all challenges one would face while using their console or App.

Support... Incase of any issues, Support team is helpful during working hours.. Non working hours, you wouldn’t be able to do anything. Raise a ticket and wait for their help.

I recently had a regrettable experience with this app, as it wrongly charged me and has yet to refund my deposit.

My last session, did not end even after depositing the Power-bank at the station. Despite reaching out for assistance, the customer support has been unresponsive, leaving me in a frustrating situation. I informed the same immediately to the customer care executive, who assured me that they will reverse the extra charges. But later not they simply closed the ticket without any explanation. It’s more then 10 days and I still have not received my Deposit back.

hope the developers address this issue promptly to ensure a more reliable and customer-friendly service.

I was doubting myself to use plugo app by reading the reviews, but trust me it’s nothing like that the app is fantastic and u can rent the power bank in seconds. The one more thing which gives an edge to the new market is that we can drop in any location ie in the city or outside the city as well .
They also have excellent customer support, I actually raised a ticket and got a call in 30 minutes ..
