Don’t use this app
Their service partner are wrost in the city. I booked, they installed water purifier after 10 minutes it’s not working . I asked multiple times he said return your product. And asked me for uninstalled charges . He even didn’t want to come to check the issue. After requesting he said will come at 2’o clock . I called 2:30 . He said he will come at 4’0 clock . I called 4 :10 , he said he will come at 6 ‘ O clock . Then he is not picked the call. Then call next day he is saying , he is out of station, and doesn’t want to talk.
I booked service from urbanclp . Their service partner saying , previously installed wrong way .
Summary is this app hire unprofessional people . So better to don’t use this app
