Description
The PM - SURYA GHAR : MUFT BIJLI YOJANA mobile application is a gateway to the Pradhan Mantri Muft Bijli Yojana, the Government of India’s national program on Rooftop Solar.
This portal is a centralized platform that simplifies the process of installing rooftop solar systems for households. It allows residents to apply for subsidies for rooftop solar installation including net-metering, apply for loans, estimate generation and savings from rooftop solar, and track the status of their application.

Non responsive
The different tabs do not function. For example, while application status tab is tapped, it asks for linked mobile number. When mobile number already registered is entered, the response is “oops something when wrong …..,,etc.” The bugs should be rectified.
Poor implementation and testing
Application Status Search doesn’t work. App crashes on iPhone 14 with iOS 17.4.1.
Non working model app
App serves no purpose. I could use app only once when I installed it to partially fill form. I tried completing application form next day, then app refused to work. I had to use web version to submit form then. Now I am unable to even track application in this mobile app. So uninstalling this now.
