1. One Stop Solution:

At your ease forget the username and password, we still have all set for you - use your mobile to log-in.

a) pay property tax. Look for all previous bills paid
b) pay water bill payment.
c) Download notice, Tax Valuation receipt for properties & water bill payment.

We are use sub paisa payment gateways for Property tax and Water Tax payment.

App
Even after updating the app still asks to update and doesn’t allow any navigation even logging out. Please do something about it.
Payment Gateway
I paid my tax using UPI and the amount was debited from my account but it never showed the transaction was completed instead it got stuck on the loading page and then the screen turned white. When I checked again for the property tax it still needs to be paid as the money didn’t go to them.
Plus previously whenever I paid my tax using UPI from website it was paid to Panvel Municipal Corporation whereas from the PMC Tax app I ended up paying Baroda E Gateway.
NEVER USE THE APP TO DO TAX PAYMENT ALWAYS USE THE WEBSITE!!!
Payment gateways are pathetic
One payment gateway doesn’t open at all and other one (one pay) gets held up after entering card details. Please do thorough testing before making live such important apps.
Your browser based website is not accepting the OTP and is giving error even after giving correct OTP. So, customer can neither pay tax through mobile app nor through website. Please look into it immediately. Thank you.
