"Application is divided into two parts. > Citizen > BMC Employee Citizen View > Citizens can log into potholes complaints through the mobile application in just five clicks by logging in with their mobile number and verifying it via OTP. > They can view grievance overview for the complaint submitted. > Facility to Register Grievance. > Option to capture image. > The application allows the user to capture the photo of their complaint which is watermarked with its latitude, longitude, and contact number. > Citizens can reopen the complaint in Reopen tab within 24 hours of complaint resolution time. > Provision is given for submitting the feedback in Resolved Tab, also link is provided though SMS once the grievance gets resolved. BMC Employee > BMC officials can log in to the app using their mobile numbers and an OTP. > Grievance overview is provided which includes status wise details. > Recent Grievance will showcase the last 10 records with time left to close. > Complaint resolution workflow is based on the levels provided along with defined timelines."

I was quite surprised to see complaints being acted upon under 2 days. Although better work could be done, the patchwork looks very mediocre and looks like it would need fixes again after monsoon rains. Nevertheless, props to BMC for acknowledging and acting upon registered complaints promptly.

Quick way to lodge pothole complaints. Action also taken by contractor is quick. The automatic latitude longitude grabbing feature is really handy to share where the pothole is. Should provide follow-ups on reopened tickets. And also should allow to put multiple photos

Great app, complaint usually gets fixed, obviously not in a great quality but still better than potholes. But biggest complaint is sometimes people from particular area give silly excuse like address isn’t mentioned whereas geolocation is there in the image, thats everything you need to get to the pothole to be honest.

But biggest complaint is sometimes people from particular area give silly excuse like address isn’t mentioned whereas geolocation is there in the image, thats everything you need to get to the pothole to be honest.
