A ‘must-have’ & ‘must-use’ app

Meditation is a very hard practise for most of us, particularly in times when we are surrounded by a multitude of distractions. Preksha Meditation demystifies this technique and makes it interesting in making this practice a regular part of our lives.
The simple to follow instructions and step by step guides make it entirely uncomplicated. The ability to define your own duration allows one to steal precious moments to practise at a time of your convenience. The box breathing technique creates a new awakening.
Preksha Meditation app is the simplest yet most comprehensive way for us to experience a state of mindfulness, bliss and one-ness with ourselves in the most convenient manner. Definitely a ‘must-have’ and a ‘must-use’ app.
Finally, the developers are also extremely responsive to feedback and have fixed a few areas pointed very promptly & comprehensively.

Box breathing n Medidation app

This is best app ever seen for box breathing n Medidation.
Other app doesn’t show the community how people are engaging but here we can see people interacting with app which gives motivation to user. Therefore to stay away anxiety , depression start following practicing using the technique provided through this app.
