It’s amazing. I started my journey last year(2022) July with 21 days Yoga challenge. In April 2022 I broke my metacarpal bone of right leg was unable to walk properly but after joining yoga challenge suddenly realised I can walk normally. Then I attended Ultimate health challenge, 5 am challenge. After 5 am challenge I started wake up early and can study when all are are sleeping I started a fulfilling life because I was doing good. From last year December I was suffering from small airway disease that is a lungs problem and suffering a lot since December . Again I took yoga challenge as beginners in February but my condition was not good so unable to do and doctor did not allowed me to do so again I took yoga challenge in April as beginner and then in May for level 2. But from the time of level 2 , I am doing better. My respiratory distress has reduced. I love satvic team, you are doing a great job.

I couldn’t do the Navratri cleanse during the the time it was done as I was sick & on antibiotics. But when I saw the session which was excellent & very easy to understand, I stopped my antibiotics and started the Navratri by myself & successfully completed the mastery plan of the cleanse as I’m an ardent follower of Naturopathy from many years. Thanks to Subah, Harsh, Himadri & others who gave us humongous motivation all through the cleanse & this encouragement gave me strength to do the cleanse by myself. I lost 1.8 kgs, but still have lots of phlegm & mucous for which I’m following only Satvik diet & not taking any medicines. Let all my toxins come out, so that I could heal from inside. Your lending hand in the journey of this challenge really helped me to overcome my dream of waking up at 5am consistently. I have previously heard about biological clock, but experienced it from the third day of the challenge. Now I am confident that I can succeed in making waking up before 5am a habit in my life and live it to the full. Every session is unique, missed two sessions , repentance to the core, but the resources shared gave a little solace , but what’s missed is precious , both the session and the golden hours of the day as well. Thank you Satvic team for organising such wonderful challenges. I joined this in month of April 2024 and my journey was really awesome …my soul felt real happiness as the things my mind is getting nurturing my soul ….exact life one’s body one’s mind and one’s soul needed is extracted from this programme…..u can get a disease free life following this programme entire life ….if so happens it prepares u to handle tough situations ….really Satvik movement changes persons thought process and I recommend this to adolescent to old age people for their goodness ….🙏🙏🙏 special mention to team as they are trying their best to inculcate the values in population ….
