Unable to see or export my photos and videos
After the last update, I’m unable to see my photos or videos. It’s been two weeks y’all haven’t done anything regarding this issue. I had sent an email where I had shared this problem and I even got a response that y’all will solve issue and get back to me after a week, it’s been more than 2 weeks and y’all haven’t responded to my recent emails. The data which I’ve stored in your vault is quite important. I trusted this app until now. If y’all can’t look up to the problems and fix it, how am I supposed to trust y’all again. After the 10.1 version I’m unable to see my photos or videos. I’m not being able to export those pictures because when I do it’s showing me a blank picture. Please fix this problem ASAP. I’ve seen people commenting about this problem, just fix it.

Dear all
Please don’t install this application. Firstly i installed it on my mobile then i uploaded all my pics to hide but after last update they ask me to subscribe the application which cost me 1000 per month. And if i will not pay for subscription then i will be not able to see my pic!!
Therefore firstly they provide you free service to uplod your pics then they ask price to unhide or watch those pic. So kindly don’t install it i got very bad experience with this app which cost me 1000 rs INR per month. Moreover all your pics are uploaded on cloud vault database which make your privacy at risk!

Guys, by far the best app I've found on appstore. Kudos. I've been a pro user for the past 2 years and you guys have never failed.
A quick suggestion, it would be great if you could have an option to upload/backup the photos on iCloud since it is anyway private and secure and not on any public servers.
Sometimes when phone crashes and we reset the phone, the data goes off. Instead if there's an option to restore data from iCloud it'd be perfect. Thanks!
