ABSOLUTELY WORST
I order food from this app 3 hours before i reach a certain destination
And the train was late by 45 minutes
Still they failed to deliver the order
When i called the customer care he said the vendor was not even responding
Seriously? Is this the way these people coordinate among themselves? Thats absolutely unfair

Don’t order from here…worst service
I ordered food through rail restro . I ordered it before 2 hours so that it can be delivered timely . But when train reached the station 20 mins before the arrival time even then there was no contact from delivery person. I tried contacting him but it was always busy. He picked up the phone once when train was about to leave the station and he spoke very rudely to me and said to cancel the order as order is delayed. If this is the service of these apps we better order from other food chains which has far better service than this. I am extremely disappointed and will never trust this service again to order food. If there was an option for zero star I would have given it.

Best e-catering app for train journey
Had ordered food from a local restaurant at Kanpur station food came hot and the delivery was free from railrestro.
In past however once order was cancelled on last hour due to train was late beyond restaurant timing but since then have ordered meal multiple times from railrestro mobile app.
Good quality was also ok.
