Worst customer support
Worst customer support, I ordered a product for a a very special occasion, during dispatch I’m getting a message from your team that the product has failed quality checks so you guys are cancelling the order. First of all, who does quality check before dispatch? Isn’t this the first thing you should do before putting on your website that stock is available? Secondly, shouldn’t you ask the customer before cancelling the product, maybe I’m okay to take another size of that product? Is this the customer experience that you provide your customer RAREISM? I called the CS but got no help, they told I would receive a call from the manager but its been 2 days no call received. RARE and POOR customer experience RAREISM.
Cheater
They have debited my money and told me to wait for few days to deliver my product post that he came back and said there is some product defective, so they couldn’t deliver my product, but I can see same product was available for fresh purchase. they have returned my money which is lesser than what I have paid hundred percent cheating,I find this website is not genuine. I have written to their customer care for further clarification. Nobody reverted me till now.
