They cant fulfil orders; they can only take it
Have ordered five times and always a bad experience. They were good with the stores and should not have ventured out in delivery space. This is spoiling their reputation. They are 50 years behind other delivery business. Every time my order is cancelled. Or not sent completely. I suggest to use other apps but if you have to then do not make advance payment as it is for sure the order will be cancelled and your refund will be delayed.
Best Online Groceries Shopping App
I am using Ratnadeep new online shopping app. It’s amazing. Delivery on time and product quality is as same as Ratnadeep store. That means they are actually delivering from Ratnadeep. This is the biggest difference from other app as I don’t know from where they are getting my products.
I am very happy using Ratnadeep online App.

Very poor app
1. Poor stock availability shown on app though product is available in store the same day.
2. Most of the time area becomes unserviceable though the same location was serviceable the previous day
3. 2 cents about store staff - very rude and unhelpful, close billing counter and run and gossip in corner, no home delivery on call when app is not functioning properly though delivery staff is available. Store staff is lazy and tries to avoid work.
