Good app and fast delivery with Dunzo

The app is easy to use and delivery is also good. I would only advise to make sure the pictures are right. For example the Maggi noodles all have the same picture for various weights. This confuses the user that there are only small packs available.. I had to look at the weight and order. Other than that other things were easy.

Lot of Process improvements needed

Received email stating that my order is delivered though it is not yet even dispatched from store. There is no information related to customer care or escalation matrix available in app other than store contact number. When checked with store manager ( Gopalapatnam branch), I was told that they do not have any control on these issues and status gets automatically changed as per timeslots without interference of store team. This is disgusting. How can you setup a process to showcase that you have met your target SLAs without actually meeting them?? This is misleading . Pls improve your process or else you would lose a loyal customer

Time saving.. easy to use

On time delivery.. easy to use.. very helpful.
Bill slip is also provided along with groceries.
If any item is out of stock, they will inform on call. They will replace or remove that item as per our wish. Highly recommended in this pandemic time.
