Its Slow, Sad and Just OK
Rediff never excited me but on starting my new company, I thought to give a try to Rediffmail as my official mail hosting server.
First shocker - Even after paying them for a professional account, Rediffmailpro app refuses to acknowledge the account and redirected me to Just the rediffmail app.
And post the first bad experience you just tend to find the annoying things..
* Few things that annoy me here are:
Too quick to alert for a mail but double slow to sync and mark the mail unread if it is being checked from any other browser etc.
* while replying, they have a check box which gets hidden as the keyboard pops up and you have to struggle to check the box. Its ok if you replying the same person but if you are adding people, its kind of irritating as you cant make them know abt the context of the mail.
* attachments specifically pdf dont open easily.
And so on...
Please update.. not like google or yahoo but somewhere close to it
No upgrades and poor performance for ios
Dear developers from rediffmail,
Please upgrade the interface and features of the app as it is crashing many times in ios and the features are old as compared to other mailes. This is one of the oldest mailing platform. I am using it from last 14 years so please update it for better performance and features.
Sudden shutdown of the app
I have been using Rediff for over several years and appreciate its support and easy to use features. Recently I was working on the app on my mobile and all of a sudden the page got closed and didn’t open again despite many attempts. I deleted and reinstalled the app but the same happens just after login. Please check the bug that forces the app to close immediately and support.
