Reliance resQ 4+

As a customer of Reliance ResQ, I've found their services to be a lifesaver in times of need. Their roadside assistance has come to my rescue more than once, and their technicians have always been professional and efficient. I also appreciate their home services, which have saved me time and hassle when dealing with household emergencies. While there have been occasional delays in service, overall, I'm satisfied with the peace of mind that Reliance ResQ provides.

This is the worst app ever made. It is so poorly built that it does not allow the customer to raise any complain until the previous ticket has been closed. Which means if the people who repair forgets to close the earlier ticket then the customer is left with no choice but to call to the customer care. Secondly, there are several products which are not updated on the app even after buying the ResQ plan. So you have to make sure that you have the yellow coloured book ready at home when the people visit to repair or service. Imagine if you lose the book, you have no proof. their entire database at the backend is a big mess. Not updated and not fixed. I have raised several complaints on their call centre and even on email but nobody cares. Essentially, you are only paying for a headache.

It reflects entries for products that were faulty and were replaced. Strangely, these are still under warranty when it shouldn’t be. There are multiple entries for my product and the ResQ service that I purchased doesn’t reflect in the app at all. I raised a service request through their app and the technician came after five days from the assigned date, saying that he got informed of the request only now. If I try to track the maintenance request, then it’s still stuck on the earlier assigned date. Spoke to their customer care and the attitude was really poor, he just said that the technician must have got stuck somewhere. I wish I hadn’t purchased their ResQ service because Reliance very eagerly sells their product, but to track and get a servicing done is nightmare, and this app is of no use in this ordeal.
