Ive completed a booking on dtd:26th august 2018 , today it is 24th august and yet no refund was initiated from revv. No mail or txt regarding refund amount later about 20days when i realised and spoke to revv executive they came back saying no person from concern department is available will initiate a call back and this is the answer in all my four conversations. Finally on fifth day a lady responded sayin there is a problem with gateway which made refund amount fall back to revv and asked for other bank details which ive provided as asked. And promised ill get refund in 48 hours and now a week passed already. Still no information from revv. As i spoke to executive again he says refund already completed which is not reflected in my account . As i told him executive says from our end it was sent , might not have completed from banks end . One month now literally no reaponse. Pay ur bill and then wander around revv for refunds . Best advise is not to take revv as your drive mate

Cancelled my booking at the last moment on my fiancé’s birthday
This company is the worst. I would personally recommend everyone to not to choose them. Instead, go for ZoomCar or Myles.
I made a booking for 7th May 11:30PM till 9:30AM the next morning. I told them proactively around 7:00PM that please get it delivered before 00:00 as it was my fiancé’s birthday. Some guy from customer service called and informed there would be a delay in the delivery. I kept a follow up till 1:30AM and called the customer service on which the guy said the driver will be there in the next 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, I got a call from another guy Daniel who saif the the car had an accident and cannot be delivered. Ruined my plans, her birthday, everything.
This shouldn’t be considered as an exception. Rather should be considered as negligence from a ridiculous company. This was my first and last booking from this bogus rental company. Try at your own risk.

Worst car service
We had booked our car for my birthday today 4th January 2019 and pick up time is after 3hr we just spend our day by doing something unnecessary and wait for car till 3 hrs and at the time to picking up car they told that your verification is not alloted and that is company's mistake! We had a very bad experience and I suggest that don't even book this car , worst car service and spoiled our whole day (special day) i just suggest a company that just close your company. So no one can experience this worst day! So whoever want to book car please don't book this rar, rather choose zoom car , they don't have such problems like at the time of pick up. Soo angry like we cant explain! And they took our whole amount in advance for car which is need for the day as they don't give us a car. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
