WORST SERVICE
It is not even an application, when you download the application it redirects you to the website.
They provide wrong information between the customer and mechanic, they argue for money even without doing anything and don’t transfer the call to the senior after asking and requesting so many times.
Today I booked a service for my bike, the mechanic came did nothing no service nothing, the mechanic told BS6 vehicle will not be able to do servicing at home, the mechanic did not have even an Allen Key Set. And the customer support was arguing that the mechanic is assigned to service the vehicle, where the mechanic himself is telling he cannot do service.
So he denied the work and also they gave wrong information to the mechanic. He told me that he will not do the work and as he came from so far anything I would give he will take, onto that as well the company asked half money from the mechanic with no work done.
Very very poor service !! No proper support team, no support team is ready to listen all they got is arguing and arguing over call repeating same computerised script.

DONT USE THIS APP
I had booked the service for 26th Nov 2023 at 10 am n no called
When I called back the guy told me he will tell his team to call back
After 20 min I called again n that guy said he has informed his team n he said that he’ll reinform his team to call back
After 10 min a lady called me n she asked all my information and then she said that she’ll the mechanic to call back in the next 1-2 mins
After 20 mins no one called back and when I called back the first guy who had picked up the phone tried to express his concern but he said that there’s no mechanic available in Thane both of the mechanics are busy
I mean really if you knew your mechanics were busy you should have told me an hour ago not make me wait for entire 1 hour 20 mins and then tell me that there no one available
Even so when I told that guy that you should have told me before only he said “sorry” and directly cut the call on my face
Very Bad service
Worst
Worst service. Their technician Tanzeem Pasha created a nuisance and asked for the money without doing any work.
Very bad experience, their Manager Mr. Sandeep was also very rude. He was ready to take up a fight and was abusing for no reason.
Don’t ever take service from them, you’ll regret it.
