I’m beyond frustrated. This Wi-Fi lock hasn’t worked since day one. It constantly disconnects, the app is glitchy, and half the time it doesn’t even recognize the lock. I’ve followed every troubleshooting step, updated everything, reset it multiple times – nothing. For something that’s supposed to provide security, this is completely unreliable and borderline useless. Support hasn’t helped either. Avoid this product unless you enjoy throwing money away and standing outside your door wondering why your “smart” lock is useless.

While the product does its jobs people at the Customer Service and Sales have issues with accepting the fact that this app is not at all user friendly! The app feels like it was built to run on a Windows98 browser. There is a lot of lag and response from their apps possibly because they use cheap servers!The last time this app was updated was 4years ago showing that this team is clearly not interested in serving the customer.3months on and the product itself has failed, absolutely pathetic
