Search in the app is pathetic, unless you type the exact name of the product they have given to it, you will not be able to find it. They need to fix the search big time.

Missing info in app

Worst app I have ever used in my life. I mean your website was pathetic to downloaded the app but this is worst decision. Also I can’t track my order, I can’t able to complain that the parcel is 7 days late why? Products are best quality I appreciate but experience purchasing product is not good. I prefer to give more money on same product if better experience you know.

Slow will blow your head

Shipping speed is far better than app experience. The app has a brain and it’s thinking too much. Other than this the shopping experience is good from the website version.
