Superb service and well curated catalogue of new/preowned consoles and games!

I have ordered and used almost every available console/handheld device from Gameloot and I have been impressed every time by the quick same day delivery, hassle free pickups and excellent quality of their preowned devices. It has been as good as buying a new device, due to the immaculate physical condition and thorough performance testing done on them. The preowned games also adhere to their stringent quality tests and play flawlessly. On the rare occasion that I found minor issues with a device, the testing team were kind enough to arrange free pickup and repair/replacement during the 1 month warranty. As a buyer and a seller of consoles and games on their app, I must say that their deals are absolutely incredible.

Had very Best experience in Selling PlayStation Console and Controller

I have raised 2 sell request in Gameloot website for my PlayStation Console and Controller and another for Gaming CD, but I have wrongly submitted the playstation console and control in gaming CD courier sell order, but when I contacted Gameloot Mr. Malcom Dsouza to raise my concern about the mistake in handing over the product to courier. He helped in correcting the same in their system once the product reached at Gameloot Mumbai office. I was in panic mode when I realised my mistake, seriously I was very relaxed when I coordinated with Malcom and his assurance on the del order correction. Really appreciate the timely help and assistance from him during this Sell order. I would really recommend Gameloot to everyone when it comes to buy and sell an electronic item.
