Best service 👏
I recently travelled to delhi from lucknow. I had a great journey and the staff was very humble and friendly. I had a defected blanket they changed it for me and gave me a new fresh blanket. They care for their customers and provide best services. Their bus has great features and facilities. I would recommend everyone to travel in the buses of Rs yadav. ❤️❤️
Poor customer care and ignorant staff!
I booked a sleeper bus from Delhi to Bahraich but due to some failures our sleeper bus was changed to volvo seater bus after waiting for 2 hours at their bus stand. At that time we were promised by their team that we will get the refund amount the very next day that’s why we cooperated with them even though few of us got the seat on top of the tyre. But now it has been more than 10 days. After so much follow ups on phone calls and even writing mail, I haven’t got my refund yet. Please DO NOT TRUST their staff under these circumstances.

Easy and straight forward and the best thing you would get the rate bit cheaper as compare to redbus/Paytm or MMT for this particular travel agency.
