For parents • Confirm your child was received safely at drop-off, or report straight away if they weren't. • We now ask once whether you'd like WhatsApp updates, and you can change it anytime in Account settings. • Clearer next steps on the enrolments screen instead of empty dead ends. For drivers • The SOS button on an active ride now responds reliably every time. • When a ride or van can't be used, the app tells you the actual reason and takes you straight to the screen that fixes it, instead of a message that disappears. • "Add route" is now clearly labelled and looks the same everywhere. • When a van is missing, "Add vehicle" is offered first rather than a disabled button. • You're warned when a route is near its seat capacity. • All document types can now be submitted, including fitness certificates. • Setup no longer asks again for details you've already provided. Everyone • Tap anywhere outside a text box to close the keyboard — especially helpful when entering a phone number or OTP. • Signing out now fully ends your session. • Fixed a crash on the driver home screen. • Trip actions that retry on a poor connection no longer send duplicate notifications.
