Sharjah Police Smart Mobile app is an official application of Sharjah Police. This application is focused at providing its users with smart services.
Our locations, Telephone directory, SOS service, E-services, news pertaining to Sharjah Police, updates on social media pages of Sharjah Police, etc., are some features available in the App. The users can submit and track the status of their E-Service requests.
In addition, this application will provide a better user experience.

1.)When I tried to login using UAE Pass, it shows an error of “User cancelled the Login” while I have approved the login from UAE Pass application.
2.) After created a new account got an email; Clicked the verify button and got option to create password, while entered the both password and submit, it shows an error of “Internal error 500”.
3.) While tried to login using otp, “it says “user not found” error.
4.)While tried to reset password using forget password option, it says “user not found” error.
Poor UX
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I wanted to raise a complaint about a fraud but couldn’t go through to the required section.
This app if we improve the UX can be very helpful for the users
Poor App not like Dubai or Abu dhabi
It takes hard time to login to the application. It’s not user friendly. Need to hire a good app developer.
