I have never seen a worse broker than this in my entire life

To be completely honest, I have tested this broker so thoroughly that I can't even begin to tell you. I have never seen services as trash as theirs in my entire life. Their slippages are massive—they hit you with $200 to $250 slippages. And there is absolutely no way to contact their customer care. If you email them, you just get a response saying a customer care executive will contact you within two days, and even that never happens. So, because of their blunders, your issues remain pending for months. On top of that, there are so many glitches. Even after I have closed my trade and my SL (Stop Loss) has been triggered, the SL keeps running. It shows as closed on my screen, but later I find out it wasn't actually executed. Then, at the end of the day, it shows I’ve incurred a massive dollar loss, which is purely due to their glitch. It's incredibly glitchy. I have never experienced a worse broker than this in my life. Everything about them is terrible. They are only surviving solely because of their fee rebate system; otherwise, they have nothing to offer. Even if you miraculously get a call from them by mistake, they will listen to your issue and just hang up on you from their end. Their system is that pathetic. I would strongly advise everyone: do not trade on this platform just for the sake of low fees, because they will wipe you out through slippage alone. Their backend is designed to ensure that their clients only face losses. Because if a trader is profitable, they might place a market order thinking they'll get out safely, but these guys artificially inflate the slippage from their end. I mean, what can I even say? Imagine a $200–$250 slippage on Bitcoin! Don't trade here just for the sake of one feature. There are much better brokers out there—Delta Exchange and CoinDCX are far better.
