Simpl: Shop Now. Pay Later 4+

This is maybe the first time i am writing a review for any application but simpl has made me so happy all this while that i have to do it for them, This application is amazing, They give you a very good credit limit obviously according to your credit scores, And they just don’t find reasons to take money from there customers, They are so nice that without asking any questions they give you around 15 more days to pay your dues, They even don’t force you to pay any late fees if you miss any payments you can just ask them to remove it and they remove it again without any questions. They literally have such nice customer executives who really understand your situation and believe in you that you will pay back. Really hats off to simpl for being such an amazing company, Thank you for always making my tummy full even when sometimes i am not able to make a payment through my bank. Thank you simpl, really god bless you.

I used this app to pay my electricity bill, but unfortunately, I found it to be the worst app. My money is currently stuck or lost. On May 22, I paid my bill through Simpl using my UPI ID. The money was deducted from my bank, but my bill is still showing as pending on the Rajasthan e-board. The same pending status is displayed on Simpl. Today is May 27, and there has been no update for the past five days. Below are the most significant issues I have experienced with Simpl: 1) They don’t have customer support. They just have a cheap or free AI that does not answer my questions. It just keeps loading and nothing else. After a lot of struggle on Google, I found their support email. It seems they have a rule to reply only once on weekdays, no matter how quickly you respond, and they do not reply on Saturdays and Sundays. 2) My bill due date is today, May 27. The reply I got from the support person is that I need to wait for 5-7 working days for my money if the transaction is canceled. Basically, they are saying they are unsure if the payment was made or not. If it wasn't, they will somehow refund my money, and I will have to pay my e-bill again, even if the due date has passed. After all my struggles over the last five days, I have to wait as I am unable to speak to anyone and won’t get any updates. My opinion as a user is to please stay away from this app.
