Snapdeal is a great online shopping app. I like this app as I get heavy discounts and offers, the company occasionally runs such offers where you can save a lot of money. Also by play games in the app itself you can get some discounts in every item you purchase. I have saved a lot by using all this offers and promos. Also, Snapdeal does not compromise with any of the product quality. I do a lot of shopping from this app and I was never disappointed. Delivery and other services are also equally good. Even in lockdown, they maintained the quality.

Wrong delivery

I had order two Airson gray clogs when it was delivered I was not there my colleague received for me and had paid for two items When I opened it the day after it was only on Airson gray clog inside the box,and it written 2 items on the pack box,the carton box and which the one Airson gray clog was all different pieces not a full and proper box,and it’s a box which only one item inside They deliver one item and taken prices for two So I had called and reach out their helpline or customer care which I want to returned the item which I was not received At last they returned or added the price for one item on Snapdeal acount which I need to order other items to use that amount So I had order again the white clog which I need to pay some extra money And that item I received today which was again not the item I order ,it was a big size shoes which I didn’t order and that also which it was not my size I’m sooo disappointed or upset with the site or app it was really a fruad ,I will never never order it again in my life from you guys ,I had more than 400 staffs in different outlets which I had share my online ordering experience from your app or company which is terrible fraud and useless If anyone reading my review please don’t order from them they are never or good company or if you did please do check before you pay up😡😡😡😡

Fraud company duplicate products

I had ordered 14 perfumes from them which was ordered in one order only I started receiving the products one by one I received 9 products seven times in a day my servant had received the product when I opened one of the packings which was cool water 2 bottles it was smelling full of kerosine and the bottle and cap was also of a different bottle the box was also fully wet with some chemical I then opened eternity I sprayed it and was smelling of some chemical they are selling duplicate products or expired products and the invoice of the products are also delivered wrongly there is something else in the package and the products delivered is also different their helpline number is also faulty as their ivr system is also not working when the delivery boy came to collect the product back as I don’t want faulty and duplicate products I had initiated a return request he took the product but refused to sign or give any receipt that he is taking the product it’s a complete scam
Pls don’t order any products from snap deal as they are cheating customers no customer support and there is no way to contact them they don’t bother to call u beware !!!!!!!!.i have cancelled my other orders as I have not received them yet and waiting for my money to be refunded never pay in advance and never order from snap deal ever let the deal be however attractive
