Sony | Sound Connect 4+

The interphase is very easy to understand and even those who are not much tech savvy can get a grasp on it, the thing that took me buy surprise was the that it had a reward style of implementation to make you use its distend options that you might never have found otherwise, flaws non are significant but it could really use some colour as the yellow and black are a bit too bland but they complement it , and a broader band for the eq not a 32 band but something more then the 6 bands it has now as a optional selection, that’s it it’s a very good app of it’s intended use

I have your top of the line premium TWS 1000xm4…and
U can do a lot to make this device a lot better in usage in my view…
Some of the problems which can not be ignored like:-
1) The battery usage varies from time to time, some times it go to 6+ hrs but some times less than 5hrs.. battery optimisation should be checked.
2) Second what I felt is the always saying (connected) which is good, but not while u connect it between calls it blanks the call for seconds and u loose what the other side caller is saying or telling about.. so please go thru this software thing to disable it automatically while in call… only the beep sound is enough to let us know it’s connected..
3) it’s about the build quality, only about the hinge. It feels very clumsy and can be break in long term use.
4) Sound quality is really good but the issue is with the equaliser, I have to set the manual mode again and again. I don’t know how it set to default mode automatically which is really annoying.

Well common, we are paying a good sum for this TWS it’s ur premium product..

I bought the sony WF-C700N earbuds recently. Followed the steps mentioned in the manual. Installed this app. After i set all the settings like adaptive sound control, equalizer the earbuds started sort of misbehaving. Problems: 1. sometimes the left earbud won’t connect. 2. Sometimes the right earbud won’t connect. 3. The earbuds should disconnect automatically when placed back in the case, that doesnt happen they remail still remain connected, either both or atleast one. The music will keep running inside the case while closed. 4. There is no option to enable the auto disconnect after putting it in case option. 5. The headphones will only disconnect when you open this good for nothing app and turn them off manually. 6. The UI of the app is not at all user friendly.
