We are excited to announce a major update to Sortwork! This version focuses on expanding your scanning capabilities and refining our core logistics workflows to make your operations smarter and faster.
1. Advanced OCR Scanning Capabilities
We’ve moved beyond just barcodes! In addition to standard Camera Barcode Reading and Bluetooth Scanning, we have introduced high-powered OCR (Optical Character Recognition) modes:
OCR Single Line: Perfect for capturing specific strings like Serial Numbers, SKUs, or Tracking IDs that aren't available in barcode format.
OCR Multiple Lines: Designed for high-efficiency data entry. Read multiple lines of text from shipping labels or documents simultaneously.
Why it matters: This update significantly reduces manual typing and allows you to process items even when labels are damaged or barcodes are missing.
