Hi am shahina , A customer and a franchise owner, but to be genuine SpinCycles is doing really a good job when it’s comes to service but also when any mistakes or damages happened they don’t hide .we as a team don’t pack and give the clothes with damage unlike other laundry service providers but we try our best to rectify our mistakes and do the best to the customers, so that is the reason I choose SpinCycles for the safe delivery of my costly garments. Thank you and am happy am a part of it . And finally we all are not machines mistakes happen by us but who admits it are the real hero’s. Thank you

I entrusted my suede shoes to Spin Cycles for dry cleaning and explicitly emphasized the need for caution due to the delicate nature of the material. Despite my instructions, they managed to ruin my expensive beige shoes, leaving them discolored with a blackish-white hue. The condition of my shoes deteriorated significantly, and when I attempted to address the issue with their customer service, my concerns were not taken seriously. In fact, they requested the return of the shoes for an inspection. My experience with Spin Cycles has been dreadful, and I strongly advise against using their services. They not only failed to acknowledge my concerns but also caused damage to my valuable footwear.
