Spintly Smart Access 4+

Capture issue

The reader does not capture the check-in or check out time quite often. There are many a times, the information is not stored even though the gateway is connected to the Wi-Fi and is close to the readers.

The access history suddenly disappeared 2 days back and I am unable to find out the information.
