Wow thank you sploot for providing this service. I have tried many brands and have only experienced problems but with sploot my dog keeps waiting for the walker and gets excited.
The walker is very responsible and is on time. The customer care is so supportive and prompt.

This app is a scam. Please never go for Sploot. This is the most unreliable dog walking service. Last Friday, their walker released my dog WITHOUT a leash and this led to a massive a dog fight where both dogs got injured along with a human. Their walker didn’t take my permission before unleashing my dog and he also hit my dog! Sploot sends untrained walkers who are unfit to handle big breeds - walkers are feeble, zero strength, sometimes injured, with no idea how to walk a dog - still Sploot sends them for dog walking. There is no actual training that they provide their walkers. Sploot only knows how to charge you money on time but they never send their walkers on time. You will spend the rest of your lives calling and following up with Sploot customer service along with spending money, but they will not improve. I’ve been stuck in this loop since April 2024. They have even stopped replying to my emails let alone resolve my issues over a call.

My experience so far with Sploot has been very disappointing. They are novice in their work it seems. I availed trial walk, and on first day only no one turned up. Then after an hour i got a call saying walk has been rescheduled. Then when i availed their service, walker was supposed to arrive at 4:30pm but he did not turn up. I did not receive any update either on call or chat, neither from sploot care nor from walker, despite chat option being available in the app. I guess its just a time pass app not fully functional with admin and operational requirements still being figured out. So far its been pathetic. I thought i will be tension free but its the exact opposite. 😞
