Excellent application in KSA

2nd feedback:
So I did second transfer to India to a family member and transfer was kept on hold without information . No email or message received to confirm anything . So contacted customer service about the “on hold” then they asked me to send received details , ID and house address to WhatsApp number which is no where explained in any of the platform . I suggest to ask for the receiver details while registering itself for hassle free transfer . Still my transfer is on hold

First feedback: was curious to know what’s the fuss about STC pay all over the Riyadh , after installing loved the application at first use

1. Fast and reliable
2. Adding money is so easy
3. adding international beneficiary is so easy and transfer fee is just SR.5.25
4. Money credited into remittance receiver account in just 2 minutes , keep in mind tahweel rajhi was taking 2 business days during normal working hours and 4 days in weekends
5. Exchange rate is better than normal conventional banking
6. User interface is friendly and easy to understand

Currently no fee charges on adding money , may be introduced in future . Will SR 5 remain as remittance in future as well? Let’s see

One of the frustrating app for money transfer

To be honest, initially STCPAY was good as money used to get transferred immediately. But from a year and so, pending on hold is getting more frequent. So when we contact customer agent, they say wait two days and later a complaint will be raised. So when after 48 hrs u get a complaint raised, it takes another day or two or May be more days & that too after lots of follow up with customer agent to get the money deposited.
But this week instead of raising complaint - they said upload a document like national id or passport. So even after uploading it two times & it’s been more than 4 days, no action and no deposit into ur bank account. When asked- their reply comes it’s kept on hold by Western Union 🤦🏻‍♂️ So basically saying this is the last time am ever using STCPAY for local or international transfer.
Had too much bad experience in last few months.
From a 5 star rating to get 1 star- takes some courage & people working in developing app should need more training or knowledge on how to kick off all the flaws that’s been developed.

Excellent Application

I found STC pay extremely useful for expatriates to send money. Transfer fees is very small amount compared to other transfer through bank but credit to account instantly. I used to add money from NCB bank account to stc pay and no fees for it. We can add money instantly by adding debit card. All processes are hassle free including adding beneficiaries and approval. No need to wait for anything. No need of endless waiting in the bank. When we cancel the transaction, amount will be refunded immediately. I have used a lot of bank and payment applications and I found STC PAY the most advanced, feature rich, user friendly and most beneficial application for expatriates. What an easy and wonderful way to send money with STC PAY. I appreciate STC and thankful too.
