With the Ironbox app you can place orders for all your ironing needs, automate your requirements without repeating the same steps again, track your orders and find a long term solution for all your wrinkled clothes.
1. Download and Install the APP from the store.
2. Auto register your preferred mobile number. confirm with the OTP generated on your registered mobile number
3. Set up your account (Basic info, address, payment preference)
4. Set a pick-up date and time .
Select your desired pick up location .
5. Feed in your ironing requirements and quantity of clothes.
Select the mode of payment ( cash , card or Wallet)
6. Choose to make it an on-going service.
7. Wait for the doorbell to ring and have our executives pickup your clothes.
8. Track your order in the app.
9. Have your wrinkle free clothes pressed by professionals and delivered to you shortly.

Excellent concept but poor execution and lack of management

We have been loyal customers for 7 years now. While the idea of making ironing clothes hassle free and available at the click of a button is amazing and has potential, the execution of the same is a joke! Excuses, app breakdown, delayed deliveries and zero customer support. They think just offering ironing services at a competitive price is the end of the conversation. Their spokesperson is majorly rude and only comes up with innovative reasons with every order. We see potential so we have stuck on but don't test a consumer's patience.
Extremely Disappointing – App Glitches & Poor Service

I rarely write reviews, but after two consecutive terrible experiences, I feel compelled to warn others.I have used this service only twice, and both times it has been a complete disaster.First order: I paid online and placed my order on 13 July. The service promises 24-hour delivery on both the app and website, yet my ironed clothes were only delivered on 20 July. The entire process—from payment and booking, to pickup, to delivery—took a full week. Imagine having to wait an entire week for your ironed clothes.To make matters worse, no one came for the scheduled pickup. Eventually, a rider delivered the laundry bag and collected my clothes, but the app still showed that my order had not been picked up and even scheduled another pickup for the following day. I had to call customer service before they finally confirmed they had my clothes and updated the app.Second order: Despite my first experience, I decided to give them another chance. Once again, I paid online and booked a Saturday pickup. No one came. The app showed no active order, even though my payment had gone through. After searching through my account, I discovered the order had been cancelled without my knowledge. Customer service simply blamed it on an “app glitch” and admitted the app was having problems. My payment had not even been refunded.The app is unreliable, the order tracking is inaccurate, pickups are missed, promised delivery timelines are not honoured, and customer service simply blames “app glitches” instead of resolving issues. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase their orders, their clothes, or their refunds.After two failed experiences, I have completely lost confidence in this service and cannot recommend it.

Earlier it was good. But now poor service. Late delivery, improper ironing. Have number of excuses (looks like ironbox has done Phd in lying). Always keeps repeating that this time they will improve service but of no use. App problem from last 4 months. On the whole ironbox doesn’t care of loosing customer which got proved in my last phone conversation.
Not able to select the location

The app is unable to select the location and add the address manually too. Contacted their customer support and they said update is going on and asked to try the next day. Still the same issue on next day too. Thank god the app didn’t work. Imagine if this is their service how their after service would look like. Didn’t make my first purchase with them. Local ironing guys are best any day. They are just a call away.
