Navigate from the street to a building entrance, and seamlessly to your destination inside. Build maps for your own spaces, and access public maps managed by venues. STEP Navigation is designed to help blind and low vision users find building entrances, and navigate while inside. Pinpoint your exact location using virtual anchors and follow the precise guidance to within a cane's length of your destination. The App uses computer vision to support outdoors with precision much greater than GPS-only technologies. If you have a place you'd like to navigate to outdoors where high-precision is a must (e.g., a building entrance or a bus stop), you can request that we add it to our mapping database using an in-app form. For indoor navigation, you can create your own private maps or utilize public maps provided by others. Our set of public maps is small, but we are working to bring more maps online. If you manage a venue and would like to map it so visitors can navigate it using our app, please contact us.
