Working Properly

I have seen some review that says it is the worst app but when I downloaded, it was working perfectly and no delays

I have no idea what happened

I downloaded the app and it was working fine. I closed and reopened it and suddenly all the scene buttons were missing. My laptop is not very powerful so I need this app to change my scenes. All of this happened in about the span of 20 minutes of downloading. I unlinked, relinked, force disconnected and even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Please fix this, or if there is a known solution, please point me in its direction as I cannot find solutions online. Edit 1: I have two collections that are downloaded, one of them works and the other does not. The one that works is called: Midnight Red The one that doesn’t work is called: Borderline [Red Yellow] by Nerd or Die (This was working and then suddenly stopped)
