I ordered a saree from SUDATHI after being assured that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours, along with tracking details shared promptly. It’s been over a week now, and there has been absolutely no response from the company.No dispatch update, no tracking ID, and no customer service support whatsoever. I even tried reaching out multiple times, but received no reply at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.If you cannot commit to your own delivery timelines, don’t make such false promises just to attract customers. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would never recommend SUDATHI to anyone. Be very careful before placing any order with them!

I written this review to acknowledge you that your products are great in every price segment but there is few features which are not available in your app like if i see a certain products and try to share that particular product to my dear then i found that there is no share option or icon, and there is no option to write a review on a particular product, and third thing which i find that if i placed a order then when we go to see that particular product then it will be not clickable….Try to fix it.Cheers the whole team for making such a amazing product.

I ordered 3 ready-to-wear sarees from the Sudhati app under the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer. Unfortunately, the quality of all three was below expectations—just okayish. When I requested a return, I was told returns are not allowed due to the offer, only replacement is possible.When I tried to replace, the app only allowed replacing with the same design—which makes no sense if the quality is poor. After contacting customer care again, I was promised better quality in the replacement, but I received the exact same product with the same quality. A complete waste of time and energy. The support was unhelpful and misleading.This experience has been extremely disappointing. Offers should not mean customers are stuck with subpar products. Not recommended until quality and customer service are improved.

The app is very poorly designed and the user interface is not user-friendly at all. One major issue is that when I add products to my cart and then log in from the website or a different phone, the items in my cart disappear. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.The return process is also very annoying and complicated. First, the OTP is not sent to the mobile number as expected—it is sent to email instead, which delays the process. On top of that, customers are required to take and upload two photos. Why is this necessary? The entire return process feels unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.The return system should be simple, smooth, and customer-friendly. Overall, the app needs significant improvement in both design and functionality.
