Description
It is a customized mobile application for crowdsourcing of accessibility related issues from public along with backend support for managing and operating the proposed application.
The objective of the mobile application is as follows:
i. Identification of issues/complaints from public related to accessibility at public places (Need to capture location of the place through google maps)
ii. Uploading geotagged pictures - To understand & identify which type of public place is having issues related to accessibility for disabled people
User can file complaint related to accessibility for following types:
i. Route/approach to the building
ii. Reserved parking for PWDs
iii. Entrance to the building
iv. Corridor and tactile
v. Reception
vi. Lifts
vii. Toilet
viii. Staircases
ix. Drinking water service
x. Signage
xi. Others
For all types of transportation, built-in environment, ICT based complaints

Unable to download
Third successive day as I am unable to download the Sugamya Bharat App. After filling all the details, verifying OTP, I m getting the same response in all wifi networks- “Your internet is poor. Please try again.” The official Twitter handle of DEPwD responded to uninstall & re-install. Did that again but same response of “poor Twitter”
Doesn’t work
After verifying OTP, it says poor internet, try later.
Pathetic. Thanks for nothing.
