Sun NXT - Live TV & Movies 4+

Its been 3 days I purchased annual subscription from app store. Amount is deducted from my credit card, but whenever i try to use app it says need to subscribe and after clicking restore subscription it give me an error invalid customer ID. I have sent email to support team with invoice but there is no response till now even after 3 days. I understand there will be delay due to lockdown and skeleton support but 3days?? Support which they claim as 24/7 is pathetic.

Update: After reporting in social media platform I received response from support team and case ID was raised (took 4days to raise ticket after sending email). However issue is resolved now and able to use the service. Need to improve support. Updated rating based on application usage.

App is really giving a tough competition to other OTT platforms I am glad that I am using a made in India app. I appreciate sun network for this app. My only concern is ease of using this app can be improved
1) I am not getting full screen mode on mobile where as I am getting it on TV
2) algorithm can be improved for good suggestions because whenever I login I see the same content even I already watched it
3) search suggestions can be improved and please track the searches and you can add old South Indian movies based on searches

If you ready to pay , it will allow to log in , or otherwise it frustrates by saying “ your account is associated with more devices “ . It won’t say how to deregister a device , but it keep on saying that your account is registered with more devices like that . I’m asking one question - only after login , we can deregister a device . How we will deregister a device standing outside the app . You can pay for annual subscription . But after some days , it shows there is a update , after it automatically shows you are logged out , if we log in , it will show that you are registered with many devices .
No customer friendly , very tragic horific experience with this app . Your money will be wasted completely if you pay for subscription for this app , half the year it will show your account is registered with many devices . Worst ott ever I have used
