Doesn't work as stated

Unable to transfer files from PC (windows) to iPhone. Message pops up saying both devices are not connected to same network although they are connected to the same wifi network.

Waste of money

Please refund my money at the earliest because i cannot transfer file from other phones as it says YOU ARE NOT ON THE SAME NETWORK but both phones are connected to the same wifi network
