How to delete the app

You cannot delete the app but go to setting and then click on general then on ipad or iphone storage then click on the the swapper and then click on delete app but you have to wait for a while for it to delete

You cannot delete and only a few stickers

This is the worst app I downloaded as u cannot delete it and there is only like 4 stickers u can use without paying! Pls tell how to delete an app like this!
