We’ve improved call visibility across Smartflo Connect. Here are the new updates:
• Callers using the Smartflo Connect app can now view agent status on the dial pad and settings window
• Agents can update their status to "Busy" or "Available" from the mobile app
• Agents making internal calls can see their teammate’s extension name on the dial pad
• Extension names are also visible in the active calling window for internal calls
