There should be a sign out option in the app then it will be more convenient for the users

The sign out option is available in “You” tab, go to App Settings - there you will see red Log out button.
Good app can be great
If you guys want to outstanding live chat. Just add one more feature
Click to call and connect client to directly on voice calls. That would be totally different from all of other competitors.
