The best amongst a dozen
I have tried many chat apps like Chatra , tawk, tidio, push chat , and half a dozen more and this was the service I loved the most amongst them all . Even the free version is almost complete in itself . The overall feature set is just unmatchable and support is just great .
Your service is superb.
We have been using your service from last one year and have never ever faced any issue whatsoever. However, the mobile app ui doesn’t look polished enough. For e.g. the splash screen icon has blurred edges.
Also, the row sizes should be little less so that we can see more info with less scrolls.

I have been using this app since 6 month and it’s very helpful and user friendly I love th new design
