I was having my corporate health check for myself & dependents. Unfortunately, the service was not available in my district, but the customer representative “Pradeep” assisted me in arranging it to the nearest hospital by contacting them. I appreciate the extra effort & follow-up that he did on my issue.
This 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟is coz of the extra mile he took for this.

I had to download this app as I had to avails
the corporate helth check up but my city was not included, so I did not get a chance to avail it.
I saw that there were giving good good discount for cult membership so I purchased it, it mentions that the membership will be active in 4-5 days but it’s been 7 days since and they are staying it will take another 7 days, while my membership is getting exhausted. Out of the 3 months I took the membership for , I’ll hardly get 2.1 months now. And their customer care is so u bothered and indifferent. I had reach out many times but they just say it will take another 7 days and resolve it without it letting me even revert back. I request the HR dept to not avail the services from this company in future, as it just looks like a scam to me now.!!!

I made 2 appointments paid for both but got invoice and appointment confirmation for only 1 . They collected the sample for the 1 confirmed appointment and didn't inform where the reports will be seen. After 2 days they call and ask for sample again because they had some technical problem at their end. They haven't yet addressed or confirmed an appointment for the other payment which was made. Their app hides the sponsored health checks given by the company i work with. Special tests for diseases aren't available. Just a lot of unnecessary clutter on the app.

The guy who come to collect the sample wasnt even wearing gloves.

By now i would have got reports and gone to the doctor with it for me and my spouse if I had gone to a local lab.
