Excellent customer service
I was having my corporate health check for myself & dependents. Unfortunately, the service was not available in my district, but the customer representative “Pradeep” assisted me in arranging it to the nearest hospital by contacting them. I appreciate the extra effort & follow-up that he did on my issue.
This 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟is coz of the extra mile he took for this.
Extremely sad service and app
I made 2 appointments paid for both but got invoice and appointment confirmation for only 1 . They collected the sample for the 1 confirmed appointment and didn't inform where the reports will be seen. After 2 days they call and ask for sample again because they had some technical problem at their end. They haven't yet addressed or confirmed an appointment for the other payment which was made. Their app hides the sponsored health checks given by the company i work with. Special tests for diseases aren't available. Just a lot of unnecessary clutter on the app.
The guy who come to collect the sample wasnt even wearing gloves.
By now i would have got reports and gone to the doctor with it for me and my spouse if I had gone to a local lab.
Negative rating
I wish I could give a negative rating! This app defeats the purpose of convenience. The options looks clumsy. The biggest issue is that using this app you cannot find the latest update of your health check appointments. Its been over 1 month that my sample was collected, still there has been no update on the app. I reached out to the support team to upload the reports on the app so that I can access it via the app itself. It hasn’t been done till date. I will rather delete this app if this is not giving me ease of access to my reports. What a waste.. simply occupying my phone storage.
