One time registration is required to use the mobile app.
If you or your family member(s) are already registered in any of the Family Doctor clinics, upon inclusion in the app, you can access a number of services using the app including the following:
*Schedule appointment with Doctors in any of the Clinics
* Schedule appointment with Doctors for Tele consultation
* Appointment request for Physiotherapy
and Home Visits
*Schedule Sample collections at home for Lab tests / Health
Check packages
*Request for Supply of Medicines to Home based on Family
Doctor Rx or Previous Purchase in Family Pharma
*Access Comprehensive Medical Records (Doctor Notes,
Prescriptions, Investigation Reports Lab Results, Vitals etc)
Pertaining to your visits across all clinics.
*If you are not registered in any of the Family Doctor clinics, still

Audio video issues
Doctor was unable to hear us, though speaker was on. The app video was also not working even though video was enabled!
Bad UX design, unreliable, built by a 6th grader child
Design is terrible. Figuring out how to download and use is a nightmare. They should make it available in all geographies. My country setting was USA for the App Store and couldn’t see the app. Figuring out how to get to the report is a chore. And random failures are very common. Unreliable and painful.
