Apps bugs needs to be fixed (asap)
Every time a video is finish the video freezes and we have to back and forward it to the end to proceed to the quick question session it’s very annoying and needs to be fixed
Cheaters, cheaters, cheaters!!!
I paid 77K for the online 4 years course along with device! So far I’ve not received the device or Kit. Sales team were so so good they were very successful in convincing me in this trap. Inspire of knowing the news of this organisation, I went ahead trusting though at least there will be knowledge base which might have already created all they have to do is pass it on to us, thought nothing would impact delivering this. The classes they conduct is in mass of 60-70 students. Now I’m asking for refund, sales person says he left organisation. Customer care nos not reachable. Might have to go for consumer court now for this cheating!
Very Poor service
I have not availed required learning kit. Hence processed for cancellation
I had issue with my order placement and wanted to cancel the order. Even after continuous communication done from my side there is no response from Byju’s. There is not a single call to response my cancellation even not a mail to process after 10 days of communication.
Users beware of such type of problem not resolved by service provider even not responding to query. Service is very very poor. Advised to review & buy paid service.
