It’s a great initiative that TVS taken to provide loans and services to the people but at the same time the service and app compatibility should be of no errors. I cannot make my monthly motorcycle payments in the app the page goes blank when I’m trying to make a payment online. Cannot make payment on Airtel money or paytm. Kindly fix this.

I am extremely disappointed with the support and service team of TVS Credit. My EMI was due on the 3rd of the month, and despite having sufficient balance in my account, the EMI was not deducted on time due to their system’s failure. Because of this, I was unfairly penalized and forced to pay more than the actual EMI amount.What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability from their support team. Instead of resolving the issue and refunding the extra charges, they expect customers to bear the penalty for their mistakes. This shows poor service, unprofessionalism, and zero concern for customer satisfaction.If this is how TVS Credit treats its customers, I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them. A financial institution should value transparency and fairness, but here the customer ends up paying the price for their negligence.

TVS Credit is accessing my mobile for taking out a loan, all my personal data and sensitive information is accessing the TVS Credit which is illegal and the APP is also not at all useful and full of errors, I cannot make my payment in the app. Also I agree with auto debit. At the time of auto debit the amount is not getting debited and later 500 rupees bounce charges are applying. In the span of 6 months 2 times bounce charges applied without my fault. Really worst experience with TVS Credit. I will never buy a loan or product from TVS and also I never suggest TVS credit to anyone.

I have been trying to pay my EMI through this app but i am not able to login, it keeps saying there is a technical error, also when there is balance in my account they don’t deduct from autopay, last month they deducted 2 emis at once and this month although i have balance it keeps on saying balance transfer failed.
