Needs to be more user friendly. There is non option to change the delivery location after placing an order, if in case we make a mistake. I got charged for orders that didn’t get delivered to me, saying that the delivery partner could not reach me. I was charged for food that i didn’t receive, and this happened twice in a span of a month! And the saddest part is no one even called me. They need to get their act together or else they’re gonna get sued big time in no time! I would prefer Swiggy any day than this stupid app. And when I tried to contact the customer care regarding the same, that was another tragedy! They have some standard computerised replies in place and no customer service whatsoever! Please dont use this app if u dont wanna get swindled off ur money! Use Swiggy instead. They are so user friendly and convenient and no fraud like these guys! Cheaters!!

Worst online food delivery app
I ordered a combo from a restaurant. When the delivery guy came to deliver the order, one of the item was missing, the quantity of the other item was less than usual and there was no cutlery or container and no packaging at all, though they charge for packaging. Even no bill. When I tried getting help from Uber support, they sent a minimum amount as Uber credit in Uber wallet. I requested them to refund the full amount as the condition in which the order was delivered anyone would get idea if it is consumed or contaminated by anyone. I sent them many messages and emails but they kept on sending the same machine recorded message saying “ We understand your recent experience has not been the best.
Your feedback is important to us and our team has already reviewed your concern and noted your feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any adjustments to this order owing to our system or policy limitations. However, please be assured that we have processes in place to try and ensure that such instances are not repeated”
This is not the first time I had problem with this app but I had problem in previous orders as well and as always they never address the problem and they never try to correct.
I will never use this app and would never recommend this app to anyone.

Worst online food ordering app
The worst ever experience i had with uber eats!! I had ordered a sundae ice cream from gianis delhi which is suppose to have 3 scoops of icecream with chocolate topping and nuts. The order which I had received was a single scoop of ice cream. After contacting the customer care regarding false order that i received first they asked me to pay for the wrong order that i have received and doing nothing about it.. after having a discussion for couple of minutes the executive asked me to contact Gianis personally to either replace the order or get it free of cost. After contacting Gianis and sending them the pictures Gianis agreed that the order is incorrect and as it was midnight so he was not able to replace it and they were ready to make the order free of cost and he aksed me contact uber eats and confirm the same. Again knowing the whole scenario the customer executive from UberEats was not ready to wave off the charges even after the restaurant accepted the fault. UberEats was adamant on extorting money for the wrong order sent by them. I was mentally harassed as I received numerous calls till 1 AM in the night for the order placed at 11 pm from the UberEats forcing me to take the wrong order and pay for it. #NoToUberEats #CrappyService
